If I could buy the software I might do it,, but this is a monthly purchase and they have access to your customer base,, I don't like that..

You have access to your customers like the software you would buy. It just allows you update information when you are on the road in real time. It will completely take away any sort of double entry you may be doing.

I'd enter but we've been using house call for almost 2yrs now, it really is a good system.

The only issues we ever have is it runs slow and times out in the busier season.. idk if it's the servers being overloaded but it's only house call, strong connection on device every app works great but house call times out.

Most of the time this doesn't happen and it's business as usual but when it does and your dead in the water it really sucks.

This is just an off the wall guess but truckmount forums gets paid for letting house call pro advertise. House call pro is paying for the pre spray this is just speculation.

I work in rural areas and don't have a great connection so it won't work unless I have 4G and lots of bars. I end up writing the address down in the morning for the jobs I need to go to. They need to have an off line mode.

There is nothing wrong with this kind of advertising, actually I am proud of them for offering it and throwing stuff in. A lot of people need this stuff... I answer my own phones and I keep the appointment book with me and I know exactly how to schedule everything,, been doing it my way for 30 years, so its really not for me.
But you shouldn't fault TMF or Housecallpro ,,, its just good business...

You should be praising Rob for finding these kinds of businesses to help all of us here...
