Why water damage, why?

Why is it that you always strike at the worst times. It can be a Super Bowl, an anniversary, while I'm out of town, at a party, the middle of night? You name the worst time and water damage will find it.

Today just sitting around in my Saxx and of course the best real estate company we do work for popped a water damage. Yes it will be profitable, to the tune of about 5k but I will miss a few football games on my day of relaxation.

So be wary all of you wanna be water damage disciples. Because the water damage demons will find you. Many times with your pants down.

[Majestic Carpet Cleaning]

Lol mine happen last night just as I was in the middle of dinner in a apartment complex that we do work for, 2 units affected minimum damage. Small area in both units were affected. Easy Money.

Had one Friday. Looking to get off early (3PM) Call comes in @ 2:45 apartment water heater, 2hrs. easy $$. Plus reinstall next week=more $$.

I been there as you know Rob , for years every holiday every time of night or day, weekends , i could not plan a day without it happening the worst times.. Yes i made good money and yes was biggest pain in the ass . I don't have big crew like years ago. I have say to anyone thats solo if you want a life outside of carpet cleaning things to think about good money vs on call 24 7 365 non stop.. i still have accounts that i offer it , but its less it was years ago...
