1. What equipment and solutions do you use?

2. When you say "safe", does that mean ingesting them will cause no harm? Getting them on your skin or in your eyes? What if it got into the storm drain outside?

3. I am assuming you use a vacuum. If so, do you provide HEPA filter bags in the vacuum?
