You are approaching the higher end machine equipment capabilities with a lower end budget and that is talking a used machine. The best advice you can get is to save some more money if you are willing to buy used and a lot more money if you are expecting to buy new.

With that said go to manufacturers websites and look at their machines capabilities and find a few you like then go out and find one of them used. Just expect to be looking for a while.

Why not keep your cash and just finance a Prochem Legend GT or an El D?

Right on Mr Rob Allen
That's what I did 3 years ago
I only need 1 more year to pay off that bad boy legend gt
I would say save your money buy a new machine, and listen here for I am only a part time carpet cleaner but with 2-3 jobs you can do a month that pay off for the machine alone

When looking for your truckmount make sure it has at least a 45 blower for the longer hose runs. Just about any truckmount will have enough psi for tile, 1000-1200 psi is ideal.

and he is only asking 2grand for it because he just bought a bigger unit even if I have to put a bigger blower with a new motor plus the little giant do you think it would be worth doing

I've heard there is a Steam-Resto truckmount for sale in Reseda California that might fit your budget. It has a 47 blower I believe. I can't remember the guys name, maybe @Johnny Bravo can think of it.

I personally won't run anything less than a 56 blower but if your not custom building your machine your talking BIG Bucks. for a 250 foot run please do not go lower than a 45 blower, you will hate your machine and your job. You would be better off with a 46 and bigger. I have a friend who bought an SS370 and then started kicking himself in the ass when he watched me string out a 600 foot run and clean with my custom(built by me) Machine with a roots 56 blower. If your on a budget and don't want to finance Build your own. If you don't know how you should save your money and buy a more powerful machine.
