What's your favorite type of house to clean?

For me it's...

3-4 bedroom single level track home
Hose bib and clean out valve right up front
Good standard nylon carpet
No dye stains just soda spills, grease spots and traffic patterns
Prefer pet odor/stains (EASY upsell)

That would be 5-7 rooms of carpet and be a $250-$400 ticket and 1.5 to 2 hours.

Hit 'em for some protectant, upholstery and T&G (plus color seal)

i would say that's my ideal place to 1k, love a bunch of soda stains and traffic patterns that when im done they are wowed by the results! 4 or 5 rooms is ideal with a not to light colored nylon carpet. Love using my large sub floor extractor on urine soaked areas, nice up sell in my pocket. And Im batting about 700 on scotchgard.

My favorite house to clean is the one where I ask myself, "Why am I even here cleaning, as this carpet looks great to me?"

We get quite a few of those.

We do not get very many nasties, nor do we do apartment complexes.

I like a 2 person upper income household with kids and pets.. One that likes to have cleanings more than once a year and appreciate a quality service. I can clean anything so the type of carpet and so on isn't to big of a deal for me.. I care more about the type of customers for long term needs.

I prefer vacant vacation homes. They are usually pretty hammered with drink spills so they look ugly but clean up great making me the hero.

Jobs I don't like to do are the rich ladies homes filled with museum type stuff everywhere and the customer watches and nit piks everything. Then when it's time to pay they growl and snarl at you while they write the check. Arghhh!

I love the Carmel IN, professional who has a 1-2 million home. 6 bedrooms, office, 3 sets stairs,giant family room, sitting room, dinning room, loft, massive master bedroom with 12x24 walkin closet and sitting room off the side. Huge kitchens and grand entry, 4.5 baths all tile and grout.
4 oriental rugs for offsite clean.
