What's up with rotovac new 360i 4 port vacuum head?

Just got email about the new rotovac 360i 4 port vacuum head. I can't find any price and it is not on their website but I thought I remember people talking about this on truckmount forums being a issue and should be replace because the design was defective. Any info would be appreciated.

so I found some info on google that took me to mikes board and they said that the cost is going to be 450 and maybe they will have a trade in program. Does anyone know about this. Rob I think I remember you speaking about this thanks.

I found online that they still have not solved the jet issue with deep pile carpet. I had this issue today with deep pile carpet. I didn't notice it until I racked out the carpet and noticed the cleaning path issue Check out the picks. I had to take all the stuff out and clean this area again what a pain. I don't want to spend the money on a new part if they have not fixed that issue.
