Whats the best way to liquify a powder prespray?

I havent had problems with my powdered prespray dissolve in water until lately. No changes. same powder. I tried hot water in a separate container and shaking hard but still have granuals in the liquid. Thing is that it plugs the strainer in the hydroforce and does not allow any liquid to go through so Im spraying water.

Any suggestions appreciated

Super hot water and don’t dump it all in at once. I used to do like 1/4 at a time and stirred it up. That said Bonnetpro Radical Rinse (I’ve been using it as a preconditioner) mixes better than any powder I’ve tried. I can dump the whole amount I’m using in hot tap water and drive to my job and once there a quick stir before I drop the Worx Hydroshot line in a tank. If your using a hydro force you’ll have to use super hot water and stir in 1/4 of the powder in at a time till it’s all dissolves. Another reason I don’t miss injection sprayers.

I hate powders that don't dissolve fully and normally I will stop using them over that. Some powders are too dense to be put in a Hydroforce, especially if you're using it at 1:8 or 1:9. You're trying to put a whole lot of powder, enough to make over 11 gallons or over 44 quarts of prespray, into 5 quarts of water. Doesn't always work. If it won't dissolve completely in pretty hot water something is definitely wrong. It could be you're trying to put too much into that 5 quart container and the amount of powder just can't dissolve completely. You might try backing off a little on the amount of scoops. Maybe knock off 1 scoop and see if it still performs well and if it dissolves better. If you're using the 1:8 Hydroforce you may have to go 1:4. I've only had to do that with certain enzymes in the past that simply were too dense to put in a 1:8 at the recommended dilution. If it does not dissolve fully using it at the 1:4 dilution I'd be looking for a different prespray.

Hot water and a paint mixer in a screw gun. I’d usually mix it first then set it aside while i set up. Then come back and give it one last mix. It gives that last bit more time to disolve.

I too rarely use grainy powder presprays .
I like ones that are like flower powder .

I have noticed with some powdered pre-sprays that if I put the powder in the dry jug and then the water, it will not mix and form these small hard similar to rocks that won't break to dissolve quickly. On that particular pre-spray, I pour the water in first to the jug, and then I put the pre-spray; this way, I don't have any mixing issues.

I have the best way to liquify powders.

Pre mix them with warm/hot water, prefered with distilled, throw in a 1 inch long stainless steel bolt nut and washer (rattler) and

this is important

mix 1 gallon 1day ahead.

mix a head of time will always be better and youll never nee to mix at a job site or wait to dissolve
