Is it like restoration jobs where the insurance companies make the connection?

Or would it be more of the authorities like the police or CSI?

Call the City & County and attend any classes they offer to the public regarding solid & Liquid waste... recycling and public safety. you want to be on a first name basis with the lead detectives and HAZMAT guys in your area. Not just police. but get involved with all public services classes and events.
