Pre-kleen or Enz All by chemspec has worked for me in the past. Should work just fine. Hopefully custy hasn't set it by attempting to clean on their own. Best of Luck.Only ever had one other case of a blood stain and it was fresh.
Got a call today to remove blood that has dried on both carpet and upholstery.
What would you use?
