That's what we did in Missouri. I used Termidor as soon as it was released. I wasn't in Louisiana then. They go it in french quarter a year before anybody I believe.
Rob did you just partner with a tech that had the applicators licence to get operators license? This is what I am thinking I may wind up doing. But I have to look into the percentage of ownership rules. The rules are foggy as I try to remember. I know at least one operator has to be able to be contacted during normal business hours. But then I would have to hold applicators under him for 3 years I believe.
I know a guy that worked for terminix for years and when he broke off he had told ALL their customers what he was doing. And he stole enough to start a very good business. Hundreds of ready made customers. They tried to sue him but they gave up. Didn't have a very good non compet contract back then I suppose.
We currently charge by the room. I want to expand into charging by the sq ft. We have many property mangers that shovel work at us. So my concern is losing my special pricing customers. Or do I keep my long term PM's pricing different than others??
