What do you charge for commercial jobs?

Some sq foot????
90% of the time I try to estimate the hours it takes to do the job.
Try to make 100$ an hour, but I will work for less on big jobs.
I am also owner operater......

I charge by the hour. $100 a hour. I can generally do @1500sqft a hour of CGD

If you are doing 1500 sq ft an hour and only charging $100 you are way underpriced. Double that number and you are still at the low end of what you should be charging commercial. You can easily get .15 to .20 a sq ft. You are only getting .06 a sq ft at 1500sq for $100.

$0.65 sq ft. Out of 5 we only get 1 but that's good for us. Half the time they don't have the stuff moved or want to move it while we're working. That's the reason for our price.
