Jon Don Chicago. 3 1/2 hour drive. They charge premium price for labor. I have taken my TMs there every year for like forever for the annual maintenance. I do that so I dont have problems during the year when cleaning. If its one thing I HATE is a machine that doesnt work when I need it to. So it just makes sense to pay for preventative maintenance which costs more but actually SAVES money. I replace parts BEFORE they go out (for instance, I know that water pumps last 5 years so when it comes to that time and I have not changed it yet, I will change it anyway rather than wait for it to go out)
the last TM I had lasted me 12 years and when I sold it the van and machine looked and ran like new so I was able to sell it for a premium price.
