Water coming out of front of Thermalwave II

My 2008 Blueline Vortec Thermalwave II has water coming out through the front as I was trying to de-winterize it. Unfortunately, I am wondering if my first winterizing attempt in 12 years last November failed to change out the water in the heat exchanger and ice wreaked havoc on the heat exchanger!! Is this the culprit?

Also, it’s had numerous issues over the last few years and I’m sick of dumping money into this complex monster.

If the heat exchanger is in fact wrecked, does anybody know if I can simply bypass the heat exchanger for now and use it simply as a cold water machine for now, ie it would just be a backup machine without any heated water.

Yes, you can pull the hoses off each end of the heat exchanger and join them together to bypass the heat exchanger.

I think I’ll try that for now and at some point in the future I might put the heat back in, assuming 99 other things don’t happen to this CRAZY machine!!

After freezing my heat exchanger I've had it repaired at a radiator shop. Also make sure that for some reason you don't have water in your blower filter. If I overflow my waste tank it will shoot water out like that till I get all the water out of were my filter sits.

It was pretty simple on mine but not sure about yours.
