They're not much different then any other furnace. As far as exhaust venting.
Nope, and they're good furnaces, we had one in our old apartment. Worked great, but I had to turn it off when I operated the exhaust over the stove because it would suck CO back into the house.

Lol my dad did that with a house fan. He left all the windows shut. It burnt the top of the water heater. I said thats a 6000cfm vacuum wtf were you thinking lol. He thought it was just pulling the attic space. I said you need to math its cfm to a certain square footage of wall/soffit vents. Aint gonna happen with that fan. Its a commercial 220v fan and made for venting barns not houses.
