Warming the Truckmount/ No water pressure at all on regulator

Hello I have two questions should I let the truckmount run a while before using?
Also the regulator is reading no pressure and am not getting pressure can anyone help with this?
But the water flow is fine

Just let the motor run long enough to run fine on open choke and then bring it to operating rpm. One to two minutes should be enough.

Find your pump and look for something that can twist clockwise/counterclockwise this might help with the pressure.
