Hello Everyone,
I’m trying to see if you guys can help me. Thank you in advance. First, I’m confuse about the oil fill on my blower pump, is it the blue or the red I circled on picture? The tech. told me it’s the blue one but it does not seem like an oil fill hole to me.
I got the leaks from two of those small plastic insert on the bottom of my blower. See pics. I asked Jon Don but could’t fix it. The leak was not too bad. On the top of the blower has two white plastics too, I scratched the paint so that you can see one . I don’t know why they put a plastic there. These were the leaks are coming from on the bottom of the blower. They are rusted a little and started to chip around that plastic.
Also, which one is the drain, the bottom of the the red circle or the blue circle.? I got both sides of those drains and fill screws. Are they separate or connected.

If oil is getting to the plastic pieces most likely the internal oil seal is leaking.

Most the time this is caused by too much oil or too thin of oil. Pull the site glass out and check oil. They can deceive you sometimes.

I bought this machine when it was 58hrs. I have not changed since then and added oil. I only have 925 hrs. Can it be fixed or replaced. Thank you. I might need to change the oil?

Usually blowers need the oil changed every 500-1000 hours so you may be really overdue for a change. Also if you added oil are you making sure the oil is only halfway up the sight glass and not covering the whole thing? Usually for a blower I run 40W oil or synthetic blower oil.

Thank you. I will try to change it today. I called the basic tech. And said. It’s manufacture’s defects. I called the manufactures and they said they will call me. I sent few pictures to them.
