I pit just enough solution to barely cover rug ad drop my 175 on it.
Get a good shampoo going with the nylon brush
just make sure you plug into a GFCI

Yup. Tryna reuse plastic is nasty.I was contemplating ordering pond liner for reusable but honestly it seems easier to just toss the stuff after, especially if you have to try to fold it and store it
I use 4 inch pvc as well. Set your water claw in the pit to extract.Exactly what I just threw together in my shop, I need a more efficient way to extract the water because I don't have a floor drain... For now I am using my TM with a cage filter over the end of the hose.....also I found some drainage PVC at the hardware store with holes predrilled and made my own rug sucker! Works slick
I prefer a small rotary over claw for extractionI use 4 inch pvc as well. Set your water claw in the pit to extract.
Todd if one uses a 4-1 Hydroforce used for rugs wouldn't that be closer to 32oz per gallon?4-6 ounces per gallon. Use hot water.
Yes. I used to put 32 in. I tried using 20 ounces and it works just as good.Todd if one uses a 4-1 Hydroforce used for rugs wouldn't that be closer to 32oz per gallon?
That is a "tufted" rug. Always set expectation levels low, under promise and try to over deliver. Just remember the glue holds onto urine odor molecules and are difficult to address. We are working on an out of box idea last week in our rug shop. I'll share the idea later if it works. The rug is 100% man made face fibers with a woven backing.
Your talking tufted backing like on carpet? This doesn't appear to have any glue it definitely is woven most likely by a machine . Either way @Todd the Cleaner idea of using acid rinse worked awesome! I'm going to remember that for another level of urine treatment to offer my customers. Excited for my unchained to show up tomorrow too! That is a "tufted" rug. Always set expectation levels low, under promise and try to over deliver.
