Great Article. I have run into two-faced clients, some can be vicious. When they call they can be very hostile, because they are expecting a confrontation. After they calm down, I let them know we will return and re-clean any area they are concerned about. I just have to wait for an opportunity to speak. It's not really about offering a solution, it's more about making them feel like they have been heard.
