Do you answer every call? If not, you’re letting leads slip through the cracks. Stop losing thousands of dollars every year by letting those customers drop.

Many potential customers search for carpet cleaning services in the evenings after they get home from work. It’s impossible for you or your office workers to be up 24/7 taking those calls. Don’t expect people to leave voicemails or call back later. Capture them now!

This is a great feature for the customer but to do this right it needs to be based on location or zip code radius. We had online booking on our website about 2yrs ago and it quickly turns into a nightmare when a customer books you for an afternoon in a location that is for instance way south side and your first job is way north.

without it being location based it really doesnt work for this industry imo.

just a thought, any way to make the available appointments based on their zip code?? so if they enter their address it lists dates available where the day is either open or other jobs are within 5-10miles?

That's a great idea @ACP

With everything we do we ship our code live and get feedback from our customers on what else they'd like to see.

That being said, you can prevent mix-ups by using changing the time in which you can get booked out... for example you can turn off same day or next day booking.

Remember, the goal is to get a customer to book and confirm, you can always switch them later and upsell later, what you don't want to have happen is have them leave your site and go back to you Google/competitor...

Thayer would be a nightmare for you.

You
would have to insure that calendar was updated & current you know?
