Depends what the spills are. If they look like coffee use Rocket. Otherwise try Zyme.

Hey John: I have a commercial building that’s coming up for cleaning the cgd carpets, but first they must do a huge renovation. So you know what that means, is it better to do a HWE first? Then maintain with your encap products?

Depends what they do to renovate. Normal dust an a good vac encap and bonnet will be fine.
If they crush lots of drywall dust into the rug and extraction may serve better.

warm water you say, if i put the revive it rocket in my hydro force sprayer, it will be getting very hot as i use a little giant propane heater and my solution line runs from it to the sprayer, then when i get ready to rinse and extract the solution line then goes to my wand and again very hot water

Does very hot water as opposed to warm water effect the effectiveness of the product

Hi,
If possible I would fill the HF container with cold water and this will warm as the hot tm solution hits it.
The idea is this. Solvents can flash off or evaporate more quickly when heated. Feel free to experiment. So with this in mind not super heating the solution may help keep more of the solvent on the carpet to provide a little better clean. Your not going to hurt anything by not doing this its just my recommendation to get the best results. Pleae let us know if your findings are different. I dont mind being corrected if Im wrong.

Now when you rinse with tm hot water I think this will provide the best result for you.

Rocket has been tweaked improving the resoling rates and this will allow us to ad AFT in the near future. Its is still clear and the same formula with an addition to the polymer only.
