I love it when customers *try* to help. Got to my first job and the lady says she helped me by taking the recliner apart. My mouth said *well thank you very much* but my mind was saying *actually its going to take more time to clean it separated so you just added $20 to your invoice*

I've had this happen aswell...it's funny when they do it....I like it when they ask " should I pretreatment all the stains before you get here" lololol
