To steam or not to steam?

Got a request to clean a restaurant kitchen. I’ve never done this before and it’s a friends restaurant so I thought it be a good way to get some hands on training. Stainless steel throughout the kitchen & mostly covered in grease. Quarry tile on floor, walls are painted high glossy finish and of course there pretty nasty to. Again this is my first time so any advice aside from running for the hills would be awesome.
I’ve considered buying a steamer but I wanted to hear what others use. I have the scrappers, the degreaser and the muscle and I know it’s not an easy job but was hoping a steamer would help move things along. Any suggestions as to a good quality steamer within the $600 range? Thanks :)

I wouldnt bother with a steamer unless its commercial grade and 220volt. They aren't cheap. I have a small one and it works ok, just slow and not efficient.

Anything in the 600$ range isn't going to be worth it.

You want commercial grade continuous flow, and high temp to really see the benefit. The good ones hit over 300 degrees.

But cost is around $3.5-5k.
