Just got my uv light. Shipping was super fast. Like I think Rob delivered it himself like Santa claus or something. Also it is awesomely bright. It is full day light window shades open and I can see piss on my own carpet.
Should have got this light a long time ago.

I had the Amazon light.
Yes it is, the Amazon light doesn't fluoresce the same way. You will kick yourself for not getting one sooner!

Update on my tmf light. I went back to a house I cleaned last week. She said it still smelled like urine. It was a piss soaker. My Amazon light barley shows any spots unless I was an inch away from the carpet. I went back with tmf light and i could see all the spots with the customer from across the room . I could see all the old spots i cleaned they were dull color and all the new piss that was bright. One was still wet. I had to explain several times that I can't guarantee the smell of they are still pissing on the carpet.

I have had my TMF light about 6 weeks and it has made me at least 3k. Rob should sell these for free and require a royalty check on the extra sales we make.
Even if I don't find urine the customers always are impressed on how professional it is.

I did a job today and custy usually uses her home machine. I could see all the left over detergent in the carpet. It was florescing. I cranked up the acid rinse and did extra passes to rinse it out. I would not have known this without the light.

Very cool. We should make a list of things that fluoresce. In your case OTC products are loaded with optical brighteners. Great visual.

My light just arrived and is a nice piece of kit but I have a problem...I am posting here because it might just be me...or my dog!

She has been a little ill of late and on meds for seizures and is a 11 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Because of her illness the meds she is on is causing her to piss and poop where she wants so we are running after her cleaning up all the time...dog diapers next. Anyway I got my light on the carpet today and found nothing lighting up apart from crap the kids had spilt like slime stuff and some paint...btw its old carpet maybe 15 years and will replace it soon as the dog has left us. So tonight she took a piss on the carpet and I flashed the light on it and nothing, don't understand it...are the meds neutralizing her urine ?

The medication could play a role. Could be diet and how much water she drinks. But more than likely it is carpet fiber and carpet construction. Some carpet sheds liquid better than others. If the urine is all at the base of the carpet, it does not show up on the top surface.

If she is peeing and pooping more frequently than usual, she also may not be eliminating any of the compounds that make urine glow, like phosphorus. Her medications may also be binding up some of those compounds.
