On Thursday March 28, 2013 3:17 PM I sent Rob Allen a text concerning a few questions I had about the custom wand on the TMF store, along with the Premium Spotter bottles with custom logo design.
He responded, asking what my email was, and that he was at the DMV. I sent him the email address to contact me later and wished him luck at the DMV and told him I understand.
Friday March 29, 2013 5:21 PM I sent another text letting him know I have not received any emails or texts or calls and that I'm interested in the custom wand and spotter bottles. No response.
April 1, 2013 I received an email from Sara, Rob's assistant, asking me what I didn't receive from my order....(I haven't ordered anything, I have questions about products Ide like to order!!!)
I thanked her for her response and emailed her back explaining what I was inquiring about. NO RESPONSE.
My last attempt to get a few questions answered about products Id like to buy stated that Im not sure why Im having such a difficult time getting anyone to take a few minutes of their time to help me with my potential purchase...so here we are, April 2, 2013 11:03 PM and guess what....STILL no response.

So my review on the TMF store...it's a completely disorganized attempt at being some kind of distributor. The fact that the only way to get any kind of question answered is to "Call Rob Allen at 1-757-486-3532" is a joke. This DOES NOT work, and it has been a proven failure by many.

Also the case of TMF Pet OUT I ordered a few weeks ago, that is no longer for sale on the TMF Store, is clogging up my hydro force handheld sprayer. After about 10 seconds of use, it forms a blue gum like substance in my filter. I am COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED with the lack of help I've received and I urge others to BEWARE.

(For those of you ROB Allen disciples, I understand you will not like this, and will have your own opinion....but this is MY review, so I don't need your input.)
