Honestly we were relatively new to the "distribution" side of the business when we started it approx 2 years ago. Like TMF,the TMF store grew at a head spinning rate. We removed it from the TMF navbar to intentionally slow it down 6 months ago. It hasn't worked.

Since then we are slowly moving out of distribution carrying only a few select hard to find items while moving more towards digital items which is our specialty. Yes we did move into a very large facility with a big warehouse but realized we don't want to be https://shop.truckmountforums.com or Interlink. We have converted the warehouse into a full magazine and video production studio. So now we even direct virtually every store lead towards their locals. We want to be the Facebook of cleaning.

We apologize for the relatively few falling through the cracks and will make it up to you. The 2 orders in question have already been resolved I believe. I will check with Ed and Sara as soon as they arrive. Feel free to call my cell 1-757-486-3532 and discuss it with me today.

I'm sorry but why are you talking crap about a guy who just wanted his order.. its not his fault his attempts at communication was ignored. What if that was his only budget for cleaning products and was running out, we don't know. But I think he had every right as a TMF member to try and get it resolved.. I am not a fan of giving him shit for that because EVERYONE here would of created a post about it since all other forms of contact were ignored. I like how Rob took care of the issue and things fall through the cracks..

I really like the honesty with Rob's post about wanting to move from distributing, but if that is the case he should of made a sticky post or something letting members know of the new direction for TMF. I honestly think people would be bummed but would also respect their decision... it all comes down to communication!

Some people will never make past a certain point pin life for failure on how to manage people and problems.

No company will ever be perfect, but to flip out and come at it like that is so counterproductive.

Manage your stress, delegate your tasks and goal manage your time. You'll get alot farther and receive more if you can exude patience and understanding. Doesn't mean you can't think someone or their biz is a joke and quit working with them.

You should re read the thread.. those two guys came on here to post their experience and instantly members started giving them sh!t.. look how many disagree with them for trying to resolve their problem.. Some of the cats on here are loopy when you think someone is up to know good. Sure sometimes you guys are tight, but most of the time you guys aren't.

You guys should give the benefit of the doubt in most cases and back off if you have nothing to add to their conflict. Its pretty obvious they were telling the truth, so why sh!t on them for that..

The only reason why I don't order more from TMF is the distance across the country costs me more in shipping and I usually have small orders. Otherwise I love the products and the prices.

I do agree with you but I do think this guy was venting in a more derogatory and disrespectful way. There is a better way to resolve the issue than how he went about it. I think he should come back on this thread and publicly say thanks IMO

For sure.. but it would also upset me too if I was being ignored through various forms of communication.

I didn't give them flack for the review. I told one of them to call https://shop.truckmountforums.com instead, and the other I questioned being legitimate, because of the silly approach to resolution. Create an account the same day of a all out verbal assault, lol, so silly.

I've been put on delay or back order by both Tmf store and https://shop.truckmountforums.com. It isn't always possible to be perfect, but I did call and get my points made instead of a public hissy fit.
I would atleast started a gentle toned thread just asking if there was something wrong And what maybe done to fix it.
You'd catch more bees with honey. Shoot he'd probably got all his chems plus some if he'd just waited to hear a nice response.

Brent we still have maintained a 98% complete satisfaction rate with our transactions here on TMF. eBay TMF is still at 100%. The remaining 2% that may have been our fault we have resolved even if it meant giving there money back and giving them the items in question for free.


I honestly think your time would be better spent in your gay rights threads you have started.

God bless Rob for making it right with the customer for not getting his order. We all like our orders on time and communication with whomever we ordered from. It's just good customer service and I don't think there is a poster here that doesn't demand it. As for the TMF store, Rob & Co., are at fault when it comes right down to it. It sounds like the store was going in a direction that they were not equipped to handle. Lack of foresight, resulted in lack of planning. A magazine is probably a bit more easy to control, as it deals with the predictability of advertising income.

You don't have to take offence with my posts in this thread.. I wasn't slamming you like you did me with your gay remark. I was just pointing out that they had every right to post their displeasure about being ignored for a week in regards to their shipping.. To bring you back down to reality, some of these cats have a small budget for chems, so having them and their money tied up with a company that won't return their call is enough to piss anyone off. Seriously how can you disagree with anything I wrote in this thread, they had every right to feel jaded.

What did we talk about before when you PM'ed me the last time this happens.. it all comes down to communication. Sh!t happens and that is cool, but its how we take care of it, is what matters.

Did you check packing slip? Maybe they only intended to ship what they shipped if they were out of the other items.
