I dunno what you are talking about or when have you seen me using that stuff. but no, I don't ever use it. I recommend it to some guys around here when they are in the need of something quick or don't have access to the real stuff.
I have tried grease eater but it's just like all the others. Overpriced. Just get some tilemaster and put one scoop per gallon in sprayer. Works the best.
I agree in general. What products do you use to get these results, without boosters?If a pre-spray needs a booster then you need to change your products. No tile master as booster no other mediocre over the counter pre-sprays

If its not nailed to the floor, chances are someone is looking to steal it. If my 870 didn't put out so much heat I would lock the doors when I work. It just isn't an option right now. I still have a pretty good supply of chemicals in my shed, but it sucks when you are on a job and the stuff is missing from your van.
Have you ever seen a crack head walking down the street? Everything about them looks stupid, they don't really blend in.
