I arrived to my customers house yesterday to clean 3 room & 15 steps. Was told it's not dirty just a freshen up for a open house as they are selling there house... Ya sure ! With 3 dogs.. I don't think so !! Job went from $259 to 370$... At the end she was sooooo happy & commented that coit was there last and did the job in 25 min $450 with no Prevac.. I was done just over 2 hrs.. GROUTMASTER as a booster is amazing guys !!
