I am looking to add tile and grout cleaning to my cc business. What extra equipment do I need other than a floor buffer or cleaner? what do you guys recommend for a tool? I was looking at the sx-15 but kind of pricy!
What are the basic steps when cleaning tile and grout?

It is easy, and easy money, 50 cents to 1.00 sq ft depending on total volume work being done.

I have never been able to get .50, it seems my area is .35-.40 sf.
Perceived value, sets the game from the get go.
Confidence in yourself and expressing that clearly to the customer works.
Plus having my iPad loaded with before and after pictures along with actual videos of myself cleaning sells the customer every time.
Personally $1.50 per sqft plus for cleaning.
Sealer .75
Polishing $3-$10 per sqft.
I may not get every job but that's ok with me.

A tool like the SX-15 will really speed up the job, but you can do it with 175 RPM floor machine and some brushes.

The SX-15 does the agitation and rinsing all in one step. Will save plenty of time and pay for it self if you do more than 1 job per week. You will need at least 600 PSI to get good results.
