We have Hydramaster CDS 4.7 installed in 1997 with more than 11000 hrs on her . It helps if you have a little mechanical knowledge and a good ear to recognized problems before they happen .

I had a 405 I bought new. Put 1850 hours on it and sold it. Only problem I had was the water box over flowing. I called the company that made the float and they sold me some white colored seals instead of the black for the float. Never had a leak again. Still kicking myself for getting rid of it.

I have owned 3 Butlers and if there is a problem it is usually a minor fix. Very easy to use and maintain, the van wears out way before the Butler system does.:)

My little Chemtex Panther is the best for me right now because it beats the ninja porty in speed, heat and production. I have made a few simple mods and it runs well. It runs three hundred feet of hose with no problems and cleans tile at 1100 psi all day if needed. Yes I will get something bigger in the future but I only have $2100 in this unit and I am loving it.
