Hi I am new to this , I’ve been doing carpet cleaning for 5 years now and we just bought a van with a 1800 steamaction truck MT . It was working perfectly fine and now it doesn’t have good pressure... when we run it straight from a water hose it starts working a little but the pressure won’t go up and just slowly starts loosing pressure again ... the water pump it spinning just fine , the waste tank is complete empty as well... maybe the seals from the pump are going out ? Please help

Definitely sounds like some pump seals. They can go at any time really. I had mine go out mid-job after working just fine for months. The other issue could possibly be to make sure your clutch is engaging. On my TM the outer pulley always spins but until you flip the switch and engage the clutch the center wheel doesn't engage to spin the actual pump. There may be holes on the pulley to manually lock on the clutch so it spins even with a bad clutch on it.
