maybe that's the problem >they eat the whole pie!! chug down 6 pop at work and 6 beers after along with a plate full off ribs and taters and a smidgen of veges!:eek:

Are you making fun of my diet? ;) I actually cut out the sodas during the week and only have them on the weekends. I know its working because my wife has not told me I am getting fat in a few months.

You can do it. Just modify the moves. Your stamina , flexibility will increase lil by lil..
A lot of those P90x moves look like love making moves so if I just increase my love making like when I was in my 20's I should technically get back too that shape again! I have the intensity part down > just need to work on the stamina!!

thanks but I already have the "INSANITY" workout t shirt already! only problem is the fu*kers sent it too me in small and i'm an extra large! soon as I put in on and exhaled it tore the front out! I wear it when I clean carpets because it makes my customers giggle!

I already have the intensity, as well as the stamina as I use to run marathons, just don't have the partner part.

I lost 27 lbs last year and put 25 back on.... My wife just cools too dang good!

I did put back on some of what I lost. Either got too busy to exercise or the weather was bad. But have been doing 1.5 to 2 miles 6 days a week now, mostly indoors on a treadmill where it is not too hot nor to much snow and ice. Bridgewater put in a small gym and I just come to work 30 minutes earlier. Weight is going in the right direction now.

I am down to 176 from 197 and looking pretty impressive. All it has taken for me is curbing my appetite (crazy hard some days), dropping sodas and the Rockstars and working out. I see my abs again and have 70% of the physique I had back when i was in college. Looking at Vegas in Sept to make a splash at 170 or less.

I'm in the process of losing weight as well. I also ran track back in High school. I ran 110 high and 330 low hurdles. I was better suited for cross country at my best I ran 3 miles in 18 minutes for an event while serving in the U.S.Navy. I could have done better but there wasn't anyone that could run with me. Second place guy was a 1/4 mile behind me. Now I'm at 2-3 miles per day walking and little jogging. I'm at 292 right now. I was at 318 in December 2012. So it's coming off slow and steady. I would like to lose another 100 lbs. That seems like it will take forever but I'm commited.

For all of you still readingthis thread and are actively attempting to make a difference in your body i say "It's a beautiful day"! I am now down to 168.3 and feeling great but exhausted due to three week old Stella. Life is good, stress is still the same but as of three days ago i can see my abs again.

I am doing somewhere around 100 pushups per day and as many situps as humanly possible before I fall over. Not only will I go to Vegas and not worry about taking my shirt off but i'll be at the pool a much more confident man.

keep up the solid work everyone!

I've been going hiking lately. I try not to eat out or make a better choice.
I've stopped eating late at night.

I just realized that it was almost 1 year ago that this thread started. I had to re-commit recently, and I am down to 188 today from 203 two months ago. I am still working towards 175. I have been limiting the fast food to once per week, cut out snacks, cut back to 3 soda's per day, and working out every morning (3 ten minute trainer videos every morning). I am going on vacation the week after next, when I get back on September the 15th, I'm starting P90X.

Well I'm not dropping much at this point but my endurance is a lot better. I'm still walking almost every day thanks to my dog "Trixie" she's the best damn dog I've ever owned.She bugs me to death to go for our daily walk. I'm at 282lbs and holding. Couple of pics from yesterdays walk and down my street. My smartphone camera isn't all that special...but It's been a wonderful tool I take pics of problems and find solutions more effectively it seems...I walked over 43 miles in September according to my phone and GPS. Once I take my dog for the walk she is chill for the rest of the day. The city had a tractor with a backhoe removing cat tails for a drainage ditch. I'm like a 1/4 mile distance from a walnut orchard amongst many.....still trying to get connected better to that circle. One home evidently has a really nice bowling alley in the basement....I just live in the working class neighborhood.
