)I saw this video in youtube a while back and though it was good way to clean tile and grout but, I was not about to spend 2k to try it.

Now I have a friend that owns one and I ask if I could use it , he let me borrow it.

It did awesome job I used Viper Venom from Bridge point

    Nice work.
Have to agree with Jeff though viper venom is terrible.
Compared to a great product like tile master.
Also grout lines look a little yellowy did you not rinse after using viper venom?
Sometimes with the acid product if not rinsed properly you get a yellowy on grout lines

Yes I heard a lot of good things from TM
But I had the job yesterday last minute call.
so I just stop by my local janitorial store that's what the had.

I think the square scrub did 90% of the job LOL

That's the problem you let the acid down to long using a shop vac to vacuum does not properly rinse out the Tile&grout

I would go back with a neutral pH cleaner lay that down scrub all grout lines then rinse
Or if you have a truck mount just rinse with high heat and about 500 psi

Basically the acid is still eating the grout lines. Until it has been properly rinsed

A TM or good portable is really needed...especially when cleaning restrooms. Not downing your work, you did a good job with what you had.

How is the square scrub compared to a 175?

I 5 year old could work with the square scrub very easy to use compare to a 175.

It felt more heavy than my 175.

I do have a Mytee LTD5 500 psi with no heat but, do not have a tile spinner yet.

    Thanks

    Andy,

Use your LTD5. Do you.have a guide on your wand? If so, use that. You will use a lot of water but it can't damage too much in an commercial restroom.

Here is a pick of a we did with tilemaster, a water otter and air hog. [IMG]
