I agree with the others. Also, the book that you bought is good you can get helpful tips from it. Indeed, there are different methods in cleaning but yup when talking to your customers listen to their likes, dislikes, the do's and don'ts. After that, then you can open up your services and speed methods.

There is a good rejuvenate floor cleaner which includes probiotics. These are human-friendly bacteria that keep the germs, bacteria, mold and any organic dirt growth down. Also, they cope with unpleasant odours on time. After cleaning, I feel fresher air in the apartment. And what is most interesting, the next day after washing the floor keeps brightening! That is, probiotics continue to feed on dirt in microcracks and hard-to-reach places.

No sense spending hours a week cleaning what hasn't got any use or dirt.
Dont want to get the thread off track but thats the exact reason I am not a fan of Encapsulation cleaning because it relies on the Janitorial Staff to vacuum properly. Now how many actually do that especially with the *clean only whats dirty* thinking...

since I'm new I have to be a tab bit lower in the beginning and raise my prices when I have proven my business to be of quality
this is common mentality. No, you dont have to start with lower rates. Why? Because if you start with lower rates, the customers you get will be because of the lower rates and then someone new will come in lower and the cycle continues. Save yourself some time and target the customer you want and price accordingly.

recently tried a little encap and then HWE....

if you read the directions at the bottom it says to extract......

I have tried cutting up this cleaning pie over the years and it just doesnt work...
PRESPRAY - AGITATE - EXTRACT

I tried cutting out scrubbing with high heat and high vacuum TM....
doesnt work ...especially homes, and medium to heavy soiled commercial...

Encapers only are doing the same thing - they are cutting out the extraction pie....wont work as this has been tried since the 50s.

However if you follow directions and prespray and scrub with encap...
then extract.....it might actually be a good product.
