Checking to see if any members have used any Soap Daddy products, if you have please share with us how they are. Please do not post about other chemical lines, I am only asking about Soap Daddy and not anything else. Thank you

Jason, I’m also interested. I believe someone here posted a video of it being used in a small office with outstanding results. I reached out to the Soap Daddy company to try and see if there was any distributors here in Arizona.

It appears it is all online and you can get a sample pack that has 1 lb of like 5 different chemicals for under $18.
I don't feel like 1 or 2 jobs is enough to get a real idea of how anything works so I placed an order earlier today. Ordered 5 containers of different pre sprays a few spotter and the spray and walk away. Was happy to see the containers are 9 lbs and it was $238 and another $39 for shipping.

We have it and tested it. I’d highly recommend reading the labels and especially the SDS sheet. Tells you breathing it is toxic to lungs, getting on skin causes burns and breathing powder is fatal. Wear proper PPE

I believe it's just another sodium hydroxide product (lye)? Correct me if I am wrong

If so it's nothing new many lye products out there
I have no idea since there is really no talk about it here on the forum, I never heard of it until recently when I ventured outside the forum and saw other cleaners talking about it.

Correct. Lot manufacturers are adding Sodium Hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite sand optical brighteners. Nasty for you, home owner, their kids and pets. They also break down the fiber causing them to deteriorate over time. It’s why we won’t use them. They were meant for outdoor use not carpets.

I forgot that this is the wrong place to ask about any other product line.

Ok I didn't forget but I asked anyways just to see how many posts it would get before Rob would make the type of post he did.

Rob basically asked you to read the MSDS , he didnt trash it. It's the same reason I actually don't like to sell Scotchgard. I believe its poison and I dont have the means to prove it.

No I didn't post it to be an asshole, I really want feedback from guys that have used it. My options are to ask on the Facebook group where I heard about it or to ask on here. If I asked in the group it would mostly be the ones that I heard about it hyping it up responding so I choose to ask here.

I think Rob's opinions of other chemicals should be thrown out the window since he makes his own chemical line. I am not saying TMF products are bad, as a matter of fact I have been happy with the way they work. The problem is no one talks about other chemicals for a reason here on TMF, if you have been paying attention you know why.

Anyways yes there was another thread posted about Soap Daddy awhile ago and it ended up pretty much like this one.
If I went to your carpet cleaning site and started talking about Stanley Steemer then I'd be being an asshole.

Was TMF created to help cleaners or to limit which products we could talk about?
Have a good night Rob
