Did you consider getting an angled buffer type tool?
Why not?
You may also use the white to agitate leather sofas, I have done one 2 days ago and the white leather came off nicely after scrubbing it with the white brush.
I have about a dozen drill brushes, white, green, red and black, big, small, and a couple that look like toilet brushes. Mostly use them for hard surfaces but also on carpet and upholstery. Also have some pad holders for the drill.
Drill brushes won't work on an angle grinder because angle grinders don't have a drill chuck to hold them. Polishers work too but only have polishing/buffing type pads, so if you want a brush, you still are out of luck. I've used an angle drill though.

I have a couple brush bits and rarely use them. Only on cpt. I prefer a car buffer with terry cloth bonnets. I have the 6 and 10" units. The cheap black and decker ones. I've found that the terry bonnets will agitate and absorb at the same time and you don't run any risk of damaging anything.
The brushes? Not that I've seen. I've only seen these type of brushes on Amazon. You can use them with any drill you want though.
