WTH it happened again, I guess I need to try the photobucket or just message them to rob like he said. I have uploaded pictures on this forum before without any trouble. I have to get to work so I'll try to make time for it this weekend. We are swamped right now.
You can see the pictures on our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jennifers-Cleaning-Services/177141539021552?ref=hl
Give us a like while you're there!

I'll bite. On this one I ran dual process. I used a power scrubber 1 1/2 scoup of pro powder in five gallons steamed pure water high heat truck mount. Carpet had about the most even filth Ive seen in a while no traffic pattern just solid soil except where furniture was.

ok, finally got something worthy of the entrance. this is actually the most trashed carpet i've probly ever done in a private home. the lady said her husband locked her in the house for two, years, and i'm thinking- all that time and you still didn't get the house clean???
So they got divorced and she's moving to another rental. When i called and said i was on my way for the estimate, she was sobbing uncontrollably. She said her daughter had just run away and the police were there, but to come over anyways. I passed, and did the estimate later.

No joke. The carpet told the tale of the drama. Dog pee. Bubble gum. Food. At one point i was picking up chunks of stuff that was too big for the vacuum, and i looked down, and realized i had a dog turd in my hand.

I actually forgot my camera, and took these off the cell phone. It may cost me the contest for that mistake right there. It's the best turn around i've done. The rental agency was shocked i saved it.

I vacuumed with my sanitaire, cleaned w/ ultra pac, with citrus solve, amonia, and hydrogen peroxide. Brushed like a dentist, and extracted w/ all fiber deep clean. Then sprayed diluted powergel on the traffic areas and extracted again. That did the final trick. I actually didn't take a pic after that procedure, i think it would be hard to tell in a pic, but i did make adifference in bringing the really trashed areas back.

i may have to go back and take some better "after pics". I took pics of a couple of the rooms partially done so you could see the difference. Then took pics of the rooms completely done. I put up a yard sign. Rental agency is letting me keep it there for a week. Very upscale neigborhood, with the road leading to a neighborhood of unimaginable wealth. Actually i'd hate to clean there till i get a brand spanking new truck.

4 scoops of BB and 2 of Flex for just that room?!!...if so, at what dilution, or better yet; about how much water did you pre-spray Kip?
P.S. great job!

That was my mix in the hydro force. I did 4 rooms upstairs and the stairs as well. I forgot to take my after photo of the stairs, which ticked me off because they came out really nice. Anyway if I am going to scrub I like to put quit a bit of prespray down and really work it around. The key on this carpet, even more that than others, is heat. I can get 260 ATM constant and that makes a huge difference on those areas that normally don't like to clean very well on this type of carpet.

If you don't carry flex I wouldn't be scared to boost with Tilemaster on this carpet...whatever it takes to kick it's ass!

Nice Kip, what ratio do you use on the hydroforce? Wondering if I am too consentrated still. I just got the revolution HF and still figuring out what ratio is needed for each job etc.
