This is one I did on Valentines day.

They used their house for a printing company. this room was were they kept the large printer. carpets in the rooms looked like this, kinda trashed. Pre Vacuumed, Pre sprayed with Bio Clean (local company stock) boosted with Citra-Solve and doubled the dosages.

Here I had let it dwell for about 15-20 min. Groomed....... Groomed some more. and then Hit it with the wand a few times to see how it was doing. Then I Groomed a bit more and sprayed again.

After all was said and done, the new owner of the house was thrilled that the carpets would last them at least one more year. I still had a little shading that I couldn't get to go away, but seeing as it was a printing room and pretty bad off. I was ok with the results. I had hopped for a little nicer. But damaged carpets are Damaged carpets. Can't fix broken fibers. Well I can't anyways. Oh and I was using Fab-set as my rinse at 250 deg. on my boxxer 323.

I also did their kitchen for them. Presprayed with Tile Cleaner boosted with Citra-solve. let dwell for about 10 min. then I made a heart.

As you can see there was still heavy staining in the grout so I hit it with my acid stain remover.

Nice and Pretty. They didn't know the floors were so nice underneath! They were going to rip it out until they saw what I did. ( I thought it was clean but still ugly and they should have ripped it out anyways. but hey they paid me to clean it not my opinion.)

Here is a NON Carpet before and after cleaning. The walls needed to be torn down and replaced, but they just wanted them as clean as I could get them. I used a product called Foamy QA that I buy locally and works real good on soap scum, but it is an acid so be careful.

I just googled it, is it from Spartan?, how much elbow grease did it take you?; or does it make it pretty easy?

I spray it on, take a scrub pad and spread it around and let it set for 5-10 minutes, then wipe.

There we're 2 maids there who said "good luck" with those carpets. Funny thing is when they saw it when I was finished they asked for my business cards.

Got a call from property manager saying they were in shock of how good it looked. I said thanks but in my head I said "lady that's why I make the big bucks" lol.

The tile looked great. The carpets look good too. Only thing I would have done differently is used a rotary on that carpet.

Oh I agree, I don't own one yet. Working with Torry to buy one of his just sitting around. I'm very excited to get one. I know it would have come cleaner had I used a rotary, first for agitation with no suction or water and then obviously as the extraction method. I hope to have a rotary very soon.

Here's a job I did a few weeks ago, (I hope video is ok?) Pre vac, Pre spray extreme clean @ 2 oz per gallon,. Pre scrub with 175 and a green stripe pad , then wand at 400 psi & 200 degrees.

I was just thinking the same thing...LOL
If you added a little Giant to this machine..... you would kick butt....
But all the hoses and harware would have to handle high heat.... as of now, im not sure
if this machine is built for for high temps over 200 degrees?

I sold his machine and moved up to a powerfull ETM truck mount with Northstar....

Have you ever thought of using an on demand RV hot water setup set to about 180 or 190 with the Demon? You'd save a ton on propane and you could dial in the exact heat the machine can take.

These are some offices in a restaurant that has never been cleaned in ten years but they are doing some remolding so they figured they would try to get them cleaned butler enzyme prespray raked it cranked my northstar upto 250* People were thrilled with the outcome....... sorry the pic's are kinda fuzzy

Some tile and grout recently. Viper Venom (it was free, gotta use it up), Agitate grout with grout brush, dwell 15 min, extract at about 250 degrees and 800 psi. Got the burn to prove 250 degrees! Grout was still wet when I took pics.
