Rust in Wand lines?

Does Rust form in wands ? Especially ones that sit for sometime without being used? If so , what can be done?

Depending on what the lines are made of I've seen rust build up inside before. The easiest solution is usually just replace the line. If the replacement part is too expensive you can usually make one with 2 hose ends and a small piece of steam line.
