I saw a competitor company here using one. They were hired by a cleaning company as we were to install top floor. But they were using it in the downstairs. I asked what they thought of it. They told me they loved it. And it looked like it seen some use. And was holding up well. I will be owning one soon. Others here are using it. Curious to see what they still think of it.

great for prespray scrub, or encap followed by bonnet. Heavy. Start it before you set it down, can strip gears on shag, etc.

Haven't used it much on carpet but on other surfaces. Do you use the standard bushes on carpet or the soft ones? Standard seems relatively soft to begin with.

Why?.... put them side by side, and it is obvious, better built , better design, better durability than those plastic models, more models and sizes to choose from.

It's all good , I guess we are both a little bias , you have a TM I believe, so are you just using it on bad ones as a prescrub?, I will do about $200,000 in sales this year with the Rotowash all day 5-6 days a week, so I guess we are both happy , have a great Thanksgiving

Yes, I just pre-scrub with mine and occasionally, I do some dry cleaning in a couple of accounts we have.
