The CFX has an extra large 27 gallon clean water holding tank and a super compact recovery tank with an auto-empty pump out system. This allows the CFX to clean non-stop for more than twice as long as a typical 12 gallon extractor.

Features:

* Huge 27 Gallon Holding Tank

* Auto pump out at 6 GPM

* Dual high velocity vac motors 200 CFM

* 0-250psi Pump

* Converts to Compact CFX in Seconds

* Elimates The Bucket Brigade

* Weighs 79 lbs

Removable Power Pod

The "Power Pod" of the CFX is easily removable for independent operation of the CFX as a direct faucet hookup up unit.

Features:

* Non-Stop High Flow Cleaning

* Auto pump out at 6 GPM

* Patent pending air/water separation system, no defoamer needed

* Dual high velocity vac motors 200 CFM

* Saves Time & Labor

* Only 39 lbs, fits in any car!

Today, extractors are heavy and bulky, weighing close to 100lbs requiring a large vehicle for transportation. In addition, they must be filled and emptied continuously throughout the entire job; a process known as the "Bucket Brigade".

The new CFX Power Pod is uniquely compact weighing only 39lbs. It can be carried in one hand or transported in any size vehicle. The CFX Power Pod utilizes Continuous Flow Extraction for unlimited nonstop cleaning. An easy direct faucet hook up adapter provides an unlimited clean water supply. As the dirty waste water enters the recovery tank it is automatically pumped out into any toilet or drain. With the CFX Power Pod you can perform High Flow non-stop extraction cleaning and say goodbye to the "Bucket Brigade” forever.

This is a neat looking gadget and seems like it's great marketing for Rotovac. My only concern is lack of water and the heat compared to a truck mount but that's about it. I like the 360 almost as much as the regular powerward. For people who clean by portable this seems like a great tool.

Thanks

Thanks for welcoming me to TMF. I love the Rotovac system just as much as I like working for them. They make excelent equipment and for the guys like me who are Techies (IE computer nerds) it's nice to use equipment that is stable and actually does the job better than expected. We love hearing feedback from our customers and we are always trying to improve our products. Thanks again guys and take it easy!

I own a house cleaning company and we are about to expand to professional carpet cleaning. Our first clients will be our existing customers.

After extensive research, we will start with the Rotovac system. That should be fine for what we are doing.

Has anyone tried this... Does it work? Is this hooked up right in the picture? I can't see how it would work as shown...
I would think the front to wand and the out to TM.

I'm going to ASSume here that the CFX will just dump any and all water and the TM will just use the vacuum and never have water go to the recovery tank.

I get my heat from the hot water knob on the faucet. It's worked great for me.

There's only one place to attach a vacuum hose. What is the vacuum hose attached on the back of the CFX pictured?
Plus what's the purpose of this configuration?
