Yah im not trying that!

Did you put anything down (ie new wax)
Nope the wood was in great shape under the wax....Yeah I wouldnt try it either...lol...wait..
The joints on the wood were super tight, rinsed on about 600 psi under heavy vacuum. not an approach I would take on just any floor but it worked here.

:cry:Why is everyone whining about the price going up on auctions?

Does anyone really think the rotary would go for under 500
Well, Not under $500 but when you got someone jumping bids to $800 and $1000 from a $10 bid, it kinda takes the fun and value out of it! I thought auctions were where you can get GREAT deals on stuff... unless of course it's for a good charitable cause. Unfortunately not all of us have the kind of money that Mr. Moneybags must have so we have to look for good bargains and stretch our money! ;)

I was doing my buddy a favor once cleaning some tile at his house. He grabbed the spinner and started going over his hardwood with 1200 psi...to my surprise the floor was fine and still is. However like you said, don't try that at home...I basically pooped my pants when this guy did that tho lol

Most auctions i have seen for new equipment end up between 60-80% of retail. I think its unrealistic to expect it to end at 600, 700 etc. whats the point of hidding $80?

As far as being pissed at someone that puts in a realistic bid, it seems silly. There were a half dozen bids after it jumped to a realistic figure which tells me the currebt price is still a "good value" just my opinion. Ill give myself one of these now to save u the trouble: :asshat:

Uh, what do you all not understand about bidding??? Complaining about someone jumping the bid to $500 or $1000 shows a complete lack of understanding of the bidding process. The $10 bid increment is a minimum. It is not the only number you can use as long as it is a multiple of $10 and it is higher than the last bid, then it is a good bid.

where's the fun in that?!? besides you know someone would just start a separate thread for comments anyway . . . .
Well, to start, they have to weed through all these comments now to find the winning bid. You can bid annonymously in some formats. More proffesional less drama. It keeps it business.

I'm not a fan of bidding anyway... waste of time and sometimes money... Just tell me how much you want for an item and if I like it, I'll buy it! If you really like bidding on stuff, that's what eBay is for. I guess it's more for the folks that like gambling. I get a kick out of the idiots that end up paying more for something than what you can just flat out buy somewhere else, just so they can say "I WON!!!"

You guys act like a bunch of little girls. You all get your panties in a bunch because someone puts a higher bid out there then you. If I wanted this RV 360i I'd of done the same thing. I'm too busy to sit here all day bumping my bid up $10 at a time.

Lmao that's not the point either. Who said sit around and keep bidding. This auction is open for two more weeks...

the smart thing would be to just set a reminder for the 30th and bid like crazy for the last hour if you want it.

people are really getting their pants in a bunch over the price.

We can sit here and sing kumbaya and feel good about all getting a bid in, if you're scared to get a bid in at the current price - well judging my the sour grape reactions, and lack of bids, I've done my job with my bids.

Right now I'm looking at a used 360i for $2100 or a new one for $2750, even with the exchange and shipping on my account to Canada, I've got a ways to go to even hit $1900. (yes, I just exposed my limits - but underlying thing here is TMF is a great resource and part of this post indicates the support of TMF with our bids.)

This bid seems like a hard close (9pm EST on the 30th) so getting the price to expected sale rates early on just keeps lurkers from sitting and then having a feeding frenzy at 8:59pm EST on the 30th....people who are priced out now will lose interest in the next 2 weeks and those who have the money and want to buy for a good deal relative to what you can get out there...awesome.

$1900?!?!?!? what's wrong with you!!! don't you know you should keep the bid to under 200 so someone can get this for near free? do you know NOTHING about auctions?!?!?!? tsk tsk . . . .

(just in case the northern neighbors aren't familiar, thats a heavy dose of sarcasm!)

Now if this was automated and we are able to set our max bids out of fear of beeing outbid, then i understand the point.

@admin should make these auction threads, comment free.
Or just Monkey free... :p
