Hi Peter. I have not used RR as a pre spray but saying that I would think 8oz was over kill.

John i"m sure it was but wanted it to kick using hot water flush it was a out of town rush job . Today i got to use at 1 once of RR to a gallon of hot water and BAM it kicked i will be ordering a case very soon freezing temps are a thing in the past thank you Peter

8oz to a gallon of a product that is $120/container.. I sure hope it did well lol

I think the idea is your supposed to use much less as its 3x the cost of normal chems

I tell you what today I used my normal prespray, then used this RR as my prespray with Robs Rinse.
Stuff brought the color out in a 12 yr old carpet wonderfully. Worked very well with only a little product. The difference was noticeable enough the customer pointed oit how much brighter the carpet looked. Worked great.
Used it as a encap yesterday at a local small restaurant and the owner who said dry cleaning doesn’t work, liked the results! Good product. Expensive, but good and I’ve cut the product amounts a lot compared to other stuff.

I crb'ed RR at home to try then ICE rinsed...amazing prespray!! Doing commercial gig next week will take pics. Usually use enz-all.

Thanks for the post. Since RR is an encap and contains AFT you would do better not to rinse.
