Impressed with the pics. Have never purchased this product before. I am curious because after reading the comments there are two versions? Most of the carpets we clean are synthetic blends of polyester and other synthetics. Carpet cleaning sometimes feels like an exercise in Science. What formula is best for residential and can you use this on restaurant carpets that have extremely greasy no pile carpets? Here is a link to a commercial restaurant carpet we recently cleaned. Is this pre spray sufficient for this kind of grime? We are always looking for better chems.

I recommend 4 scoops of Bio Pro and 1 scoop Groutmaster in a 4-1 Hydraforce. Thank me after.

yes i have used a bonnet with it, and i like the alkaline rinse with it

Nylon I rinse it with flex ice, poly like this one I rinse it with esteam cbs. I did increase my rinse a little bit as well on this job.

I’ve had spiked for over a year but never got around to trying it because I’ve been stuck on using bio pro. Well was I impressed. I must say there hasn’t been a truck mount forms chemical I’ve tried yet that hasn’t surpass my expectations. Now I’m kinda screwed, what to hell one do I keep using daily lol!!!!

Same here, because of bio pro 10k I didn't finish my spiked sitting in my garage. I am extremely happy with 10k and black label, black label is on the weak side with the tmf specified mixture, I get extremely excellent results if I add another extra scoop.

I got a case of black label I like it alright, far better product than anything I’ve got from other suppliers. But wow on the bio and spiked. I’m not ordering any different resprays I’ll just add a fourth one and not know what to do with it lol!

I agree 100% bio pro 10k is something wow, specially with 10-15 min dwell time. I usually start after 5 min of dwell time but Filthy carpets I do wait lil longer, that dirt becomes soft as a butter

Another one but 1/3 as bad as the one from yesterday. Here I used 2 scoops of bio pro 10 and 2 scoops of black label.

Guys Tmf pre spray works very well.

Black label alone or bio pro 10 k alone will handle almost any job. At this job black label was still new to me and I was experimenting things that's all.
