My phone camera is old and the pictures don't really do justice to the before/after difference in this rental move out. In the 1st pic, the light square shape is where the mattress lay on the bedroom carpet. The soiling was a combination of red clay and the oils, grime, etc brought in by two large indoor/outdoor dogs who slept on the carpet at the foot of the mattress.
The second pic is after prespray with RSF Spiked, quick agitation with Cimex, and rinse. I was
very impressed with the results and ease of cleaning.
I use the Cimex when the job is ground floor and not too many steps. It is a bit cumbersome but the results are great and the rinsing is so quick and easy, it's well worth the effort. A good WOW factor when customers are present, too. For other situations, I have a 13-inch 175 with a 15-inch riser and pad to prescrub.
I would like to add that the 2nd picture shown in the post above is not mine. I inserted my "after" picture and the carpet looked great but somebody else's picture appeared. I can't find an edit button and am not sure how to correct this. I apologize to the picture owner, KwikDri. I wasn't trying to steal the pic, Lol.
