I have a foolproof APO but it is 110 VAC. So I use a small inverter connected to the van battery, and I'm in business.

Been using it for over 10 years now with no problems.
do you have a pick......????
i am using a little giant with float inside the tank for now...110 v

I am using a Pondmaster pump, the Mag Drive 18. It has no motor to ever wear out. It is a sealed electromagnet that spins a steel shaft with an impeller on the end. The model I use pushes 30 GPM, but there is also a bigger one. This one will keep up with extracting heavily flooded carpet after you pump it down for extraction.
This inverter powers it and connects to the TM battery. Yes, this inverter is overkill but it is a complete 15 amp circuit in case you need additional power fro something else. My LP heater is also 110 VAC, but only uses 2 amps.

The pump sits on the bottom of the recovery tank and uses a sump pump float I got at WW Graingers. Inside the tank there is also a 3/4" check valve.

I have not had to physically dump a recovery tank in way over a decade which is really nice when out working all day.

so you have a filter????...
do you have to pull it out to clean the filter...????

I have all the part #'s and where to get them.

It has a filter with a knee-high wrapped around it. I pull it up and rinse it off every few months. Yes, it will run for months with no attention to it's filter. I run an over-driven #45 blower with no problems ever.

I'll post the part numbers later today.

@rob allen just seen this link says sold out. when will you be listing more and for how much?

I didn’t know they sold out already. That was fast. We are working on buying more volume to hopefully drop the price eventually.

Are you going to be making any more of these?

Are you planning on making more of these?

Yes. The guy had a heart attack and died. We are in process of making it ourselves
