All I have to say is this video is the cream of the crop. I have watched a lot of videos and returned almost all of them because they looked like they where shot in the basement of their house and didn't contain a lot of information. Robs video goes from a to z with easy to follow baby steps. The video quality and sound is perfect. He gives you great insider tips that will keep you in business and will make you look like a seasoned vet. I would recommend this video to everyone who is in this industry. It is worth every penny!!! Rob keep up the great work!!

I received my copy on Monday of this week! Wow! I am extremely appreciative and fortunate to have someone as Rob to share his knowledge and passion for the business! This DVD is packed with plenty of details and tips to help advance your business....wether your new to carpet cleaning or a seasoned veteran.... This DVD should be apart of your arsenal! I have seen other videos/DVDs and felt they were nothing but an infomercial promoting a product. This was focused on many aspects and included segments on removing certain types of common stains! I truly feel this is money well spent! It's a super value and anyone who watches it can recapture the small investment within the first few jobs!

Rob, got your dvd Friday, watched it all the way through, excellent source material and a great training aid for beginners, employees etc, not to mention a great refresher for veteran cleaners packed with new tips, time savers and a great addition to any company looking to increase profit, customers and would rather work on their business than in it. This dvd kills the competitions' dvds and I have seen and sold them all. Great job on this one brother.

I got the DVD in the mail yesterday.... It was a great video for me and my partner to remind us of some of the little things that we may have forgotten in the 2 years since working on a truck. It is essential material for someone just starting in the business.

As you can see on my profile i am just starting out, i have just purchased the Rotovac 360 and M5 combo. I am not impressed with the wand that came with the package, but i am impressed with your video, great job. In the video you came up with several points that impressed me, one customer service and appearance, two quality product, and of course doing a through job. I will continue to use your video, and truckmountfourms for some time to come for better understanding of what i am getting into.
I would like more info on the Westpak wand you recommend with the portable set up. I have watched your video and posts on this and am extremely impressed, also can you tell me where to purchase it. i have just received everything from Rotovac today and will be practicing through out my home. Anything else you could recommend would be much appreciated.ie training etc. Thank you again for what you do.

I my self not even being a carpet cleaning but an web development specialist found this dvd very informative, I picked up a lot of information I thought I wouldn't be able to retain, but this DVD really did help me grasp the concept of a lot of things. and would be well worth the money for this knowledge.

Recently I won this DVD along with Pro 10k and Groutmaster for a contest on Facebook. Obviously if you have been a cleaner for a long time most of this will be common sense but even growing up in this industry like I did and thinking I have seen it all or knew how to be a true professional...there was still tons of great things to take away from this video. If you are new to the industry and just getting started out I would say this video is a must. Will be hanging on to this DVD for the techs we hire. Send them to become IICRC certified and a Rob Allen video session!
