A real estate agent is a professional who deals with purchasing, selling, or exchanging real estate. I believe it is one of the best-paying professions in the world right now. So many cities worldwide offer excellent compensation for agents specializing in real estate and real estate appraisals. When I decided to buy a house, I contacted www.sjonessurveying.co.uk and was given quick and professional service. The surveyor was very professional and kept in touch with me throughout the process. My report came back quickly and in a highly professional manner. I have already recommended him to my real estate agent.

This was an interesting question and even more interesting comments. I am a Real Estate Broker that just purchased a carpet cleaning company. Some, not all Realtors are a great source of income. Then there are those that will stiff you. Ultimately the cost of the service is the responsibility of the property owner, however, it's almost always the Realtor that has hired or recommended you. I have hired a variety of vendors to do work before the sale or closing with the understanding that payment will be made upon closing, usually within 15-30 days from the date of service. I've had deals that fell through but I've never left my vendors hanging on the payment. I've always ensured my guys are paid even if it's out of my pocket. I said all of that to say this; it's about establishing a relationship. I always want someone that I can call on, someone that will prioritize my jobs, knowing that they don't ever have to worry about not getting paid. I recommend you establish a relationship with Realtors, make it personal to an extent. It's harder to do people wrong (not pay) that you have a relationship with. One plan that I have for my new carpet cleaning company is to do a free quarterly carpet cleaning (their residence) for my Realtor friends that refer business to me on a consistent basis. I'm almost certain they will ensure that I'm paid one way or the other for all the jobs that they send to me NEW LAUNCHER. Thanks for allowing me to share my thoughts. I look forward to learning a lot about this business from you all.
Recently bid on a real estate sign project for a commercial listing. Customer wanted a two-panel corner sign on posts, 8x4 full color, installed at the corner of a busy intersection, and gave me less than a week turn time. I quoted it on 1/2" signboard and factored in a high estimate on labor of five hours, and quoted $1900 for everything. Agent flipped out and said they had budgeted more like $500 because the property is "under a million dollars". Now it's down to attaching a banner to a sheet of plywood, and her partner is going to handle the install. I had already visited the site with my installer to mark and call in a utility locate, so it rapidly became a waste of my time. I look forward to seeing how it goes for them - digging holes around here ain't easy. How do you handle real estate listing signs? Offer a professional sign package along with an el cheapo option, if you don't know what you're up against?
