I recently got a pro team 1500xp and I've only used it a handful of times. The last few times I noticed the power head is sticking and not laying flat when you pull back so the beater brush isn't digging into the fibers. I have to push it down or jerk back quickly to make it lay flat onto the carpet. Has anyone else had this issue?
