I don't think we found out about the nasty poly carpet either, probably will be a big announcement any day now
Oddly enough I've tried two pre-sprays extensively, and those were chemspec TLC and Harvard's Grime Release. Both worked great. Chemspec got too high and my supplier quit carrying them bc chemspec started charging higher shipping unless they ordered so many lbs. So I choose the other. I have tried more presprays but not as much as those two. With these two it has been 5 plus years.LOL. I've used probably 15 different presprays over the years and while a couple of them were no good most of them cleaned the carpet just fine.
Lol I'm all ears now. I've still never had that much trouble with polys, but it's always fun to hear chem talkLets just say what got poly carpets cleaner was not a carpet cleaning product.
Chemspec and TLC and Harvard GRP are both knockoffs of the original Prochem UltraPak. They are not bad copies but Prochem has the edge. I have an interesting picture that I think you would really like Cam. Remind me and when I get to the office I will take a pic in the morning.Oddly enough I've tried two pre-sprays extensively, and those were chemspec TLC and Harvard's Grime Release. Both worked great. Yeah I'd love to see the pic, whatever it may be. For me since everything is so similar, I guess it comes down to bottom dollar. I pay 16 dollars for grime release. I'd love to see cheaper chem prices instead of newer chems that do the same thing. And I know my supplier is still making money when he sells it for 16. However, I don't doubt other chems work.Chemspec and TLC and Harvard GRP are both knockoffs of the original Prochem UltraPak. They are not bad copies but Prochem has the edge. 16 is dirt cheap. So you get 4 inline sprayers out of a gallon @ 4.00 each. Not a bad value.Yeah I'd love to see the pic, whatever it may be. Yeah I won't say how much I pay for all my stuff but all of them are very good deals. You make a great point though. I could make a few more points myself but I don't wanna. Your a great guy Rob, and I wanna see your stuff do great Rob. Tell me a lil about Pro 10 K. Are you happy with how the formula came out? What is the ph and is it more focused for residential or commercial? What something I should know about it bc I haven't kept up with what it is?16 is dirt cheap. As far as a powder lets take Pro10k at 35 a container. 8-10oz per inline sprayer makes 10-12 inline sprayers. Thats 2.90-4.00 per inline sprayer.
So basically theres not much of a difference in pricing unless someone is shipping. Shipping water is expensive.
Rob what the difference between tile master and groutmaster ?

I still have a container of the original Tile Master in my garage. Even though it is a powder will it lose it's effectiveness?
I kinda doubt it. Powders have a very long shelf life as long as no moisture gets inI still have a container of the original Tile Master in my garage. Even though it is a powder will it lose it's effectiveness?
I figured it will be fine, it's still in my garage and not on my van.I kinda doubt it. Powders have a very long shelf life as long as no moisture gets in

I know somebody that use to sell masterblend products. He bought a crap ton on stock. Then something happened and he got out of the biz then back in. It was a long time, and he said he still used what he ordered. When I saw his jugs they had a heavy layer of dust on them.I figured it will be fine, it's still in my garage and not on my van.
Rob, What did you use for the poly, if it wasn't a carpet cleaning product? Simple Green? LOL sort of, but I am curious what you used to get good results on Poly.Lets just say what got poly carpets cleaner was not a carpet cleaning product.
