Sorry really busy this week. It was doused with groutmaster, steam cleaned, scraped, re grouted pan and caulked.

Quick flip before it goes on the market otherwise would have color matched the caulking.

Some people say color seal will never hold up in a shower but they either dont know how to do it right,

Or dont realize that you can stain concrete in exterior applications... even in a city like Seattle where it will see plenty of moisture outside lol.

Grout is really not much different than cement

Problem is a lot of color seal products are hardly different than enamel paint

This is interesting. I would like to learn more about product & process.
I know there are acid stains for concrete...

Acid stains for concrete usually are more of an uneven blotchy coloring, the typical one is the orange tint you see in dept stores etc.

I can dm you the process, we never acid wash before color seal like many recommend

Nice job ACP. I wouldn't mind learning this as well. I clean, but I am just starting research color seal.
